HOW TO USE:
- Meditate at least 1 a day for a minimum of 5 days every week
- We suggest first thing in the morning to set the tone and intention for your day
- Be consistent. Much like going to the gym it’s like building a muscle. The more you do it the better results you will see
- Be aware that the meditation fusion may spark feelings that feel uncomfortable at first. This is a good thing as it means you are clearing of the old patterns and making room for your new upgraded power thoughts. Stick with it and you will begin to see changes in your life.
