Prior to launching MindCare Susana worked as a marketing director understanding the psychology of people and consumers for some of the most prestigious brands in the world including Mars, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Irish Distillers, Cadbury’s, Lever Faberge.

 

She adored this work because it gave her the opportunity to speak to thousands of people in a deep and meaningful way which led her to her most significant discovery -  most of us struggle and are not happy simply because we don’t have the tools to manage our thoughts, feelings and emotions. What if we could show people how they can live a happier life!

 

That’s when MindCare and Susana’s mission to empower everyone to know that the power to control their own lives lives inside of them.

 

Founder Susana Serradas partnered with life coaches, psychologists, healers, spiritual masters,  high achievers and doctors in  both eastern and western medicine to bring you wisdom, guidance and confidence building toolkit to transform and empower you to live your best life from the inside out in an easy, practical and affordable way.
